With more than 15 years in the hospitality industry, Brian has worked with some of the leading brands in the industry including Darden, Red Robin, and Cheesecake Factory to automate their kitchens. He leads the Client Services, Implementation, Project Management, Training, and Support Services groups at QSR Automations. His primary focus is guiding QSR’s customers in their implementation and setup, ensuring they get the most out of QSR products. He has dual degrees in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Dayton and is a big baseball fan—he’s visited most of the Major League Baseball parks and loves spending summer evenings at Louisville Bats games with his family.
